For the year of its existence the Fund, the general concept of which is disinterested help, returned many people to a normal life.

The Fund appreciates the help and support of its sponsors. An individual approach to every person became possible only due to their active participation in its work.

However, there is one restriction: the Fund provides help only to the people that are able to arrive in Atlanta since the area of its activities is the state of Georgia.

The principle of work is extremely simple.

First of all, a patient has to call us. Then he receives a questionnaire and fills it out, after that the Fund sends him out a round trip airline ticket. The treatment takes place in one of the accredited medical centers which the patient can choose from a list provided to him. Then there is a six-day rehabilitation period at Warm Mineral Springs, state of Florida during which the patient takes necessary recuperating procedures (optional per physician prescription).

In spite of such a short period of time, the Fund gained trust not only with people that need its help, but also with its sponsors.

The Fund exists on the expense of people that are ready to sympathize others.

It was not easy for us to overcome the barrier of some of our patients' distrust.

Unfortunately, we all firmly believe that nothing comes for free and the first question that every person has is always the same,

• “Why?”
• “We are not able to pay. We don't need your help!”
• “Why are you helping us?”

We do it just because we know that it's impossible to live in constant pain. We do it because if people stop helping each other, they will stop being people. After all, we do it just because we are able to do it!

This was the idea of the creation of the Fund.

The Fund will work while there are people willing to help the needy.
